Room in the center of Potsdam with balcony

Nice room in a private apartment in the middle of Potsdam. Right in the center you sleep quietly and relaxed in a large double bed facing the courtyard with attached shared bathroom. The room has plank flooring and a balcony. There are numerous cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The nearest bus and tram station is 1 minute away, Potsdam HBF approx. 10 minutes. Potsdam's attractions are easily accessible from here. The space This is a private room in an occupied apartment. Very well equipped kitchen-living room can also be used :) Guest access Bathroom, toilet, kitchen, washer and dryer can also be used. During your stay I live with my son here in the apartment and am always happy to answer any questions. Other things to note a 17-year-old boy lives in the household :)
