Around it a lot of greenery, quiet location, still not far from the city : S-Bahn or bus in 10 minutes. Trade fair/congress, City Cube in 5 to 10 minutes. Central bus station (ZOB) not far away. Olympia Stadium, Waldbühne nearby. Airport by S-Bahn (suburban train)! Grunewald, Teufelsberg and Teufelssee, Drachenberg Relax in the garden, beach chair, Sun lounger, ping-pong.
