Walking distance to quaint village pubs & a local riverside restaurant. The space Far reaching views of Dartmoor & the Teign Estuary, from the first floor windows. Accommodation includes two bedrooms, both with double beds. One Large, one cabin like. The lounge is a cosy relaxing space. We will leave kindling & logs in case of chilly evenings. A Smart TV with blue tooth connectivity for amplified entertainment, or to tether your own music collection from a device. Whilst the landline is unavailable, there is WiFi available upon request. Surrounded by Devon hills. Take a walk up the green lanes to experience stunning sunsets over Dartmoor. The rustic kitchen space is sufficient to cook meals with a slimline dishwasher for your convenience. Coffee & teapots provided, along with pots & pans. Please bring your own chosen food. Cleaning products & tea-towels are provided for use. We like to practise recycling. Guests are encouraged to use the recycling caddies. Additional services are found in the utility where you may have use of the washing machine. An iron & board are available. All cleaning products are provided. The bathroom is compact and bijou. Please bring your own towels & toiletries. There is a convenient electric shower or a bath (30 minute wait for hot water). Guest access Guests are invited to use the front garden. The lower garden is a private nursery and Residents dwelling, and closed off to guests. There are areas in the house private & closed to guests. Those being one bedroom, the larder, The freezer. These spaces will be locked. Certain cupboards will not be for use by visitors. Other things to note This house is for cat lovers only. Our cat, will be living very nearby. He may try to enter the house . It is at your discretion if you allow him in. No dogs this year.
