Your own cottage in beautiful Bosham, near the sea

Enjoy a walk by the sea or pop in to the village, which has 2 pubs, the Anchor Bleu & The Berkeley Arms, and 3 coffee shops, Pop !n, Breeze & Crate. You are ideally placed to explore our quaint village, its stunning harbour and East Head beach. Chichester is a 10 minute drive away with its Cathedral, Pallant House, and Festival & Minerva Theatres. Visit Goodwood for the Festival of Speed, Revival or Glorious. Bring your wellies, bikes, golf clubs, tennis rackets and beach bags and RELAX. The space The cottage is accessed through its own gate and enjoys its own patio with an outside table and chairs. There are sun loungers available (stored under the stairs) to make the most of its sunny position. It enjoys its own high speed fibre broadband and there is a lovely large wooden desk, making it perfect for working from home. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need to cook up a storm, and there are two co-op stores in the village (as well as a really good farm shop nearby) to buy local ingredients. However, coffee, tea and maybe even a welcoming bottle of Prosecco are left for guests to enjoy at their leisure. There is a large smart TV mounted on the wall in the sitting room (and a smaller one upstairs in the bedroom). There is a Bose Wifi speaker downstairs, and another Bose sound system upstairs, as well as an old fashioned radio. The bathroom is upstairs and ensuite to the spacious, light-filled bedroom. Guests always compliment us on the extraordinarily large and comfortable Emperor king size bed. The cottage is cosy in winter with wall mounted radiators, which can be adjusted to taste, and there are fans available to keep guests extra cool in the summer time. And if there's anything else you need, please just ask. Guest access The cottage is your own for the duration of your stay, also its own patio garden and parking for one car. Other things to note We thought long and hard about the bathroom and how to make it feel luxurious and a bit different from ‘home’. We decided on a separate, large ensuite bathroom with a wc, sink and a gorgeous, large claw bath. The bath does have a hand held shower, but it’s definitely not suitable as a stand up shower.
