Comfortable bright double room with ensuite suitable for 2 guests. My home is centrally located and is approximately 7/10 minutes walk to Ennis town centre.(please ask re shortcut) My home is an ideal base for travelling on daily excursions. Continental breakfast is included (please specify if you wish to avail) Easy access to all major routes and only 15/ 20-minute drive from Shannon airport. Quiet neighbourhood with private parking on site. The space Spacious bright double room which comfortably caters for 2 guests. Storage space. Own TV. WiFi. Ensuite bathroom with shower. Dedicated work space. Guest access The kitchen is available for use for breakfast. Continental breakfast provided. Please advise your host if you will be availing of breakfast. Any questions or requirements, please ask. I will do my best to accommodate them. During your stay Home is owner occupied. I will always do my very best to be here to greet you. In the event where I can not, i will make arrangements and discuss with you prior to arrival. I am available to answer any questions before and during your stay. Other things to note Please ask regarding directions for walking to the town centre. If you take the wrong route, it's double the distance! If there is something I haven't covered, please ask. If you are not happy about any aspect of your stay, please discuss it with me during your stay to give me the opportunity to fix it or make it better for you in some way. Please note... my home is centrally located in Ennis town and is a great base for excursions around Clare, Galway or Limerick. It is not a 'scenic' location so please bare this in mind when booking .
