Our private villa is located in Lourinhã / Portugal, one hour north of Lisbon and 15 minutes south of Peniche. The luxurious and comfortable villa lies in the countryside quietness, featuring great views, a huge shared garden with scenic swimming pool, slack line, sand volley ball field, hammock and various chill-areas. The villa is part of The Maverick, a Surf & Yoga Resort, that offers several private villas with optional services like yoga and surf classes. The space We have a total of 2 identical villas under this listing, our „Villas 2 and 3“. Each of the private Villas 2 and 3 of the Maverick has 4 bedrooms (1 Double and 1 Triple Room with Shared Bathroom, 1 Triple Suite and one 4-Bed-Suite with ensuite bathroom) and a total of 4 bathrooms with luxury showers. There is a huge balcony on the first floor facing to the West for a beautiful sunset. Outside you also have a shared huge terrace with BBQ and Pizza Oven and a big table to have your meals all together. Please note, we are requesting a refundable damage deposit of €500 in cash at checkin. This is refunded at the end of your stay if there is no damage to the villa and its installations. The house as well as balcony and front patio are private and for exclusive use for your group. The terrace with BBQ and Pizza Oven is shared among the two villas 2 and 3, as well as the large 6000sqm garden with infinity swimming pool, sand volleyball court, open-air gym, hammock and various chill areas with our „Villa 1" of the Maverick. The next beach is Praia da Areia Branca, a small summer beach town with lots of cafés, bars and restaurants. Close to scenic beaches, surf spots and places of cultural interest, the house is the perfect getaway for your holiday away from the crowds. On the terraces and private balcony you’ll will surely find a spot all day to enjoy the sun or watch the sunset in the evening. In case you need to work on your family getaway, the villa has fast wifi and areas for comfortable workspaces, while your children can play in the garden. Yoga in our beautiful yoga shala is a truly special experience. Practicing with the peaceful views to the countryside, is the perfect way to reconnect with the mind and body. Whether you're a curious beginner, just discovered yoga or an experienced practitioner, each class is designed to be accessible to all. Group sizes are small and if possible we will practice outside or in our well-vented shala ensuring safety for all.
