Small apartment on the first floor of an old farmhouse renovated into a family home and located in the heart of the beautiful Belgian Ardennes region, between the provinces of Liège and Luxembourg. In this pretty hamlet, surrounded by fields and forests, is the craft microbrewery of La Lienne. It is an ideal base for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. Not far from there, several tourist activities are offered in Trois-Ponts, Coo, Stavelot, Vielsalm, Malmedy, Durbuy... The space A cozy accommodation, consisting of 2 bedrooms (with bed sheets), 1 bathroom (without bath towels) and 1 kitchen in which there is everything you will need for your stay. A spacious garden accessible from the outside with a terrace, BBQ, hammock, trampoline and two swings. Guest access A large parking lot allows you to park your vehicle in front of the house. The front door is on the left side with a code box containing the key. The entrance hall is reserved for guests during their stay, allowing them to leave their belongings there. The apartment is on the 1st floor accessible by the staircase inside the entrance hall. The owner lives on the ground floor and is available when needed.
