IMPORTANT Policies and House Rules: • NO PARTIES: While this home is spacious and inviting, it is not meant for parties or large gatherings. There are city-mandated outdoor cameras and noise monitoring devices on the property, the cameras are only used to monitor guest counts and are not usually accessed unless the noise monitors are set off by excess noise and there is suspicion of a party gathering. • OCCUPANCY: The maximum legal number of guests for this property is 10 guests. Please ensure that your guest count during registration is accurate. There are no extra unregistered guests allowed on the property, even if your count is less than the maximum number of guests allowed. This is a policy set by the City of Henderson. • NO PETS: This home is “pet-free,” which means no pets are allowed on the property. This is an especially important safety measure to ensure the health and safety of any future guests with animal dander allergies. • NO ON-STREET PARKING: We apologize for the inconvenience. Due to city ordinances, no on-street parking is allowed at short-term rentals. We have space onsite for 3 cars, but please let us know if you have additional vehicles. Vehicles parked on the street for more than unloading/loading purposes may receive a city citation or be towed. . Please note: We have a pool cleaner that comes to the home once a week to clean the pool. They normally come in the morning on Tuesdays, but this day and time sometimes changes depending on weather or scheduling issues. There may also be landscaping personnel coming to the property but this is not on a regular basis, so if this will be an issue for you please let us know in advance so we can reschedule or let you know when they will be there. If there is a leak or other emergency with the landscape watering system we may not be able to reschedule. - There are NO indoor cameras in living spaces. There are city required noise monitoring devices in the common areas of the home. The devices record average decibel levels over time only and do NOT record any conversations. They are used for monitoring noise levels as well as defend us against unfounded noise complaints. Do NOT turn off, remove, or tamper with this equipment. • IMPORTANT: Breaking any of the previous policies will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and request for your immediate departure.
