Beautiful airy light ground floor flat, fab views, close to Newquay centre and cliff path, 10 minutes walk to Fistral Beach, harbour & town. WI FI, free parking outside the door. Fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with en suites. Small south facing enclosed garden, seating & table. Loads of bars, restaurants & pubs close by. Just park up and don’t use your car again! Well behaved dogs welcome on request. The space This is a great apartment if you are a group of friends, or a family wanting to be close to the town centre but in a quiet spot close to the headland. It is safe, quiet, and a small enclosed garden if you have a four legged friend with you. The bedrooms can be used with four single beds, or two large doubles or one of each. Just let me know before you arrive which you would prefer and I will make up for you. One bedroom has a walk in shower, and one has a bath with shower. The kitchen is really well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and most things you might need to use to cook if you would prefer to stay in. The ground floor and close parking make it easy access for those less mobile, but wheelchair access is limited. If you have young children I can help providing a high chair or travel cot if you need. Guest access The apartment is private, on the ground floor, with its own entrance. It is spacious and the small garden is a sheltered sunny spot with outdoor furniture. The views are fab, and the cliff path just over the road. Other things to note This is in a block of apartments, so noise is not permitted after 10.30 at night; neighbourly guests would be appreciated.
