My apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator in always tidy kept building. Quiet place. You have all necessary stuff in your disposal. I promise you will feel like home here! In your disposal there is a cozy room with Maldives view for relaxation in bright, fresh and clean apartment not far from Minsk city center (4 metro stations to metro Nemiha or 30 min to city center from apartment doors), 10 min walk to metro Sportivnaya (900 meters) or 1 bus stop with any public transport. Free parking, no street sound in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, free WiFi (fast optical up to 50 Mbit/sec), washing machine. You will find all utilities for self-catering in the kitchen. There is a bathtub/shower. This apartment has modern repair, huge place for sleeping (160*250 cm), new kitchen, big fridge and much more that will help you feel like at home. Restaurants Piaffer, Bavaria are located in immediate vicinity. Near metro Pushkinskaya there is Burger King. Many grocery stores around (closest two are 2 mins walk and are located in the red house, working hours from 9am till 10-11 pm all days a week), Green supermarket with attention to healthy food, shopping mall Skala where you can exchange money or buy a SIM card, Belarusian cousine restaurant Vasilki are 15 mins walk from home in Skala center, McDonald's is next to Skala, cinema Aurora, casino, Ice Palace, park are nearby. Church of the Icon of the Mother of God "Joy of All Who Sorrow" and 2nd maternity hospital are 10 mins walk from the apartment. How you can get to my apartment: from Railway and central bus stations (they are 5 min from each other) there is a direct trolley №4 (20-25 min) till last stop (DS Odoevskogo) and 5 min walk in direction to 10-stores white-orange color house near big red house). The apartment is non-smoking ($50 fine from your deposit)! Guest access You have access to: free internet WiFi (50 Mbit/sec), many cable channels and movies and radio on 40" Samsung screen (smart hub) in any language, fresh magazines, and all household appliances (everything for cooking and heating food), washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, board for drying clothes, coffee machine. Free coffee and tea, sugar, salt, pepper.
