Roskear Farm Traditional farm one mile from town

My home is a two hundred year old farmhouse with river views, surronded by fields and close to local attractions. Breakfast included. Try eating at the Quarryman or Molesworth pubs, a longish walk or drive My house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families children and babies. Dogs are welcome. This is bed and breakfast accommodation and is my home. Usually you have use of a sitting room and garden. Guests only share facilities with their own party. The space We are in a versatile situation which suits many different needs from guests I have three bedrooms one double bedded room one twin bedded room and one cabin room with adult bed, so I can let to parties of up to 5. I only expect people in the same party to share a bathroom. I charge £55 a night for bed and breakfast. Guest access You are welcome to share our garden, sitting room dining room. During your stay I am always happy to provide local information Other things to note We are in a holiday area 6miles from the coast. There is a tidal estuary view from two of my bedrooms. Please note Roskear is not self-catering accommodation. It is a twenty minute walk to Wadebridge and the nearest bus stop.
