Seashell Cottage

Seashell Cottage is a traditional property situated across the road from Largo Bay's stunning sandy beach. It is only 11 miles from St Andrews and approximately 40 miles from Edinburgh making it an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday. The space On the ground floor there is a small entrance hallway giving access to the lounge which is open plan to a dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs there is a large bathroom and double bedroom (kingsize bed) with ample wardrobe space. The attic bedroom, which is accessed off the main bedroom, has twin beds and a dormer window. (Please note - ceiling height is limited). Therefore the accommodation is only suited to couples or families. There is a shared walled garden with seating and rotary clothes dryers to the rear of the property. This is accessed via an alleyway and not directly from the cottage. Guest access Please note that the garden is shared with the properties either side and is not directly accessible from the cottage. You have to go out the front door and round the lane to the garden. There is no sea view. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE CONFIGURATION OF THE BEDROOMS THE COTTAGE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR TWO ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM. DOGS: ONLY ONE SMALL DOG PERMITTED AT AN EXTRA CHARGE OF £25 PER STAY PAYABLE AT THE COTTAGE.
