The space Deferrers at Harthill Hall is a spacious, character-filled former Coaching House set in 14 acres of stunning countryside in the 🌄 Peak District National Park. Sleeping up to 10, it offers 🛏 4 bedrooms – 2 doubles, 2 twins – plus a 🛋 sofa bed in the open-plan living area with soaring ceilings and huge windows overlooking the 🌿 fully enclosed garden – perfect for families, pets, and groups 🐾. Soak in your private outdoor hot tub ♨️ (8am–10pm), gather around the 🔥 fire pit (BYO wood), or enjoy 🏓 outdoor table tennis. Just a short stroll across the site is a shared 🎮 indoor games room (open 24/7) with arcade machines, table football, basketball shootout, and Wi-Fi 📶. Plus, enjoy 🌊 1 hour of private daily use of the heated indoor pool and sauna 🧖‍♀️. With a fully equipped kitchen 🍽, fast Wi-Fi 🚀, and dining space for 10, it’s your perfect countryside escape – only 2 miles from 🧁 Bakewell, and right inside the National Park 🗺️. How the Swimming Pool Works Each of our 9 properties can book one private one-hour swim session per day, available to book exactly 24 hours in advance (e.g. 16:30 Friday can be booked from 16:30 Thursday). If a session is not booked, it remains unavailable—we do not offer shared or drop-in sessions. The pool is for private use only by advance booking. Second sessions are not available. 24/7 Games Room Other things to note Guests staying at our holiday cottage at Harthill Hall can enjoy one hour of private use of the indoor pool and sauna each day. To secure your time slot, please book online using our booking system. You can book your session starting 24 hours in advance, but not before. The pool is only available for private sessions, so there are no communal or shared swim times.
