The space We offer you to enjoy a seaside vacation as you have always dreamed… Our apartment located on a first and last floor of a detached house offers an area of 90m2 available for you, with a large living room - dining room - kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, and two bedrooms. A staircase in the lobby leads to the living areas, as well as another outdoor staircase will give you direct access to the beach. The first bedroom of 14m2 is equipped with a 140cm bed, desk, storage wardrobe. The second room is for teenagers. It is equipped with a 130cm bed of clic-clac sofa type, and a 140cm mattress on a wooden mezzanine floor. You will appreciate in the bathroom, beyond its contemporary polished concrete aesthetic, the opportunity to relax by a bath or energize your body in a spacious “walk-in” shower space. The living room of 50m2, faces south, facing our dear Mediterranean. A 6m glass window, shared in 6 leaves, offers you a view from east to west from the port of Frontignan to the large sandy beaches that characterize our environment. The leaves fall back on top of each other, so you'll feel like you're living outdoors while at home. The dining area has a large rectangular table. The favorite moment: enjoy your breakfast by watching the sunrise with the passage of fishing boats in the distance, lulled by the awakening of the seagulls... Our fully integrated kitchen has a standard layout: oven, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine. With large closets, it allows easy and quick storage so that in a very short time, you find yourself in a clean space, pleasant to the eye, ready to welcome a new time of sharing... Our living room is equipped with air conditioning, a three-seater sofa and two colonial-style wooden armchairs. There is also a grand piano (Yamaha) that we will ask you to refrain from playing unless you are yourself a musician. A home theater equipment associated with a computer and TV screen will allow you to play music with good quality sound. In the evening, subdued lighting is done by the ceiling with mini-spots with an intensity dimmer that gives the room a zen and warm atmosphere…A good rest associated with the singing of the waves: a pure moment of magic!!! We are located in the port area with the possibility of doing all forms of water activities: sailing, paddle boarding, kite surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing... "nature" activities are nearby: horseback riding, tree climbing. But also playful activities for children such as “Kid's paradise”. The tourist office is only a 10-minute walk away. 2 km away you will find a grocery store and other shops (restaurants, beach toys, clothes...). A baker offers a delivery of bread and baked goods every day around 10am. You'll also have the opportunity to enjoy an ice cup or eat seafood with restaurants just around the corner. Our neighborhood is well connected by buses. We are 3km from Frontignan town and the train station. Montpellier is only 20km away, or 12mn by train! Or the city of Sète is 7km away, only 5 minutes by train!. The photos have been updated. You can park your vehicle for free on the streets and in the public parking lot around the house. The beach is very pleasant, with a first aid station, made of fine sand, equipped with public showers to rinse off after the sea bath and enjoy a tan without salinities on the body…Long live the holidays!!!!
