CàGrande

Description

Spring is now well underway, and the warmer months have begun. The windows are starting to open, the days are getting longer, and the warmth of the sun helps us spend time peacefully in this small hamlet in the Oltrepò Pavese. The vineyards are beginning to bud, and the grapes are ripening, awaiting the August sun that will allow them to fully ripen. The sun, not yet very hot, and the greenest greenery possible complement a spectacular view. The space CàGrande welcomes spring. The addition of solar panels makes the house even more energy efficient. The spacious kitchen and bright living room with fireplace lead to the terrace, which is starting to take center stage this season. The view is immense. Wi-Fi allows for remote working. The quiet of Casa Ghia is the same as that found throughout the courtyard. In the basement, with external access, is the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and iron, shared with guests of Ca'Mia. A laundry service with various laundry detergents is available upon request. Guest access It allows you to wash, dry, and iron. It also offers sewing and mending services. The garden is completely available to Ca'Grande guests. The entire garden is mosquito-free. Thanks to this treatment, the number of mosquitoes has drastically decreased, and the annoyance is less felt by those who linger in the evenings on the terrace or in the garden. Other things to note Oltrepo Pavese and beyond. The 10 most beautiful places in this still little-known area to visit. Then the Oltrepo area. The main cities reachable from Casa Ghia. Pavia and Milan are the most popular. But also Alessandria, Genoa, and Piacenza. Then areas to discover, true hidden and little-known treasures that are worth a visit this season. I'm talking about Lomellina, ready to be fully irrigated and transformed into a sea in the open countryside. This is where Italy's largest rice production is located. A visit to the Garzaie (heronries) in the area is truly interesting. Oases where various species of herons live and fly freely and protected. Then the Bormida Valley, which leads to Liguria and the sea. Little-known but very beautiful and interesting itineraries to explore. Information on possible visits to Monferrato and Langa for those who want to get a little further away and finally see another beautiful part of Italy. Registration Details IT018155C2KZVPESTR
