It is a cozy seaside accommodation in the charming seaside resort of Ronçoise. Come and relax in this quiet and completely renovated accommodation designed to accommodate up to 6 people! Located in RONCE-LES-BAINS, between Côte Sauvage and Estuary of Seudre, this beautiful 70 m² apartment with its exterior will be the ideal vacation spot to enjoy the seaside. Its location is ideal, both quiet and close to beaches and amenities (market, restaurants, Casino…) The space | THE ACCOMMODATION The apartment, entirely on one level, consists of: ▪️a living room with a large fixed sofa, armchairs and a sofa bed (real bed 140 x 190), coffee ▪️table and smart TV  ▪️a dining room with fully equipped open kitchen: coffee machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove, range hood and washing machine ▪️a beautiful covered terrace overlooking a landscaped garden. Relax in the "Acapulco" armchairs and enjoy the large outdoor table for meals ▪️2 comfortable and bright bedrooms | First bedroom: 1 bed 140 x 190 | Second bedroom: 2 single beds 90 x 200 ▪️a shower room: modern shower cubicle, wall-mounted vanity unit, toilet, storage space parking spaces in front of the apartment. ▪️a bike room, with two adult bikes that I make available to you. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor area with pine and oak trees overlooking the other side of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi | ON YOUR ARRIVAL You will have access to Hot and cold drinks (tea pods, coffee, chocolate, etc.). Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper…. As well as essential household products. Bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. Guest access The accommodation is totally independent. Other things to note I also offer: to pick up your groceries (please let me know 24 hours before check-in).
