First floor and ground floor of an ocean view villa in front of the beach, 400 meters from the center of the village in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious interior with two living rooms in each of the two floors, a fully equipped kitchen and a big front yard with flowers, trees and palm trees with many tables and chairs for perfect relaxation. The beach is just 50 meters away and have thin golden sand, have been awarded many times with the blue european flags for the quality of the water. The space I am living behind the villa so I will be available for directions and anything else you need. The ground floor used to be a bar in the past so now it is decorated with mediterranean sea concept. Guest access The first floor have three bedrooms, the jaccuzzi bathroom and a living room. The ground floor have a big fully equipped kitchen, a wc and another bathroom, a dining room and a big living room. There is also a big balcony in front of the villa and a large terrace in front of it equipped with many chairs and tables. My mothers lives at the 2nd floor of the villa.
