The apartment is independent with a lovely balcony where you can dine or sunbathe in complete relaxation. It is 5 km from the Pontremoli tollbooth, 40 minutes from Lerici, 1 hour from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, 55 minutes from Versilia and just over 1 hour from Pisa and Lucca. E-bike rental is available. The space The apartment has just been renovated and consists of a double bedroom with TV, kitchen with sofa bed (1 1/2 square), refrigerator, induction stove, oven and TV, bathroom with shower, balcony with views of the village and the Lunigiana hills.
