Your own South facing cozy rear bedroom

Enjoy our South facing rear small but cozy bedroom. We are a friendly bilingual family. We are French but speak fluent English, myself can converse in Spanish, Italian and some German. Please note that at times there are other lodgers/air b and b guests staying at this property. From time to time my partner stays and my adult children sometimes visit too. Please note as it's a family, friendly home, the room doesn't have a lock. We are a LGBT friendly house. The space Good area with take away shops and a local pub. top of the road: food shops, cinema, bowling alley. City 3 bus stop opposite house. Train station 15 mins walk. Conveniently located near Homerton college and Addenbrooke's hospital. Car space available on drive in front of house. use of washing machine for additional fee. South exposure garden with decking (nice in the summer). Guest access Kitchen, own room and shared bathroom and downstairs toilet During your stay All the time. I like my guests to be communicative and tell me when there is any type of concerns so that I can rectify the issue if any. (room too cold, too hot..). I'd like to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible so please don't hesitate to request anything and I will try and do my best to do so. Other things to note Easy free parking in my drive in front of house. Typically guests don't really cook, or just light cooking, but I provide space in fridge and a rack to store food. Please note that I do not clean the room during the stay or change the bed linen, if you wish extra cleaning or bed changing, there will be additional cost. Do ask during your stay or prior to booking. The set up is different from long stay bookings. There is a very small desk in the room. I provide an extra booster for the wifi as the room is far from the router (please ask for it if needing it)
