We are situated 5 minutes from the Victorian sea side town Tramore and less than 10 minutes from the city centre of Ireland’s oldest city Waterford. Guest access Guests can use the private front garden picnic setting or the back garden, with several sitting area’s and an astonishing view. Our life stock exists of three cuddly Border Collies, two perky cats and nosy hens. Free Wi-Fi and ample parking. During your stay We offer additional breakfast service for €5.00- €9.50 p.p., tailored to your wishes. If you have additional wishes please don't hesitate to ask us, as we would like to make your stay as relaxing and complete as possible. If you prefer to spend your stay in private that is no problem. If you want to have more interaction, it will be our pleasure. On the first floor of the main house the 'Knockeen Dolmen' private room with comfortable twin beds and the ‘Munmahogue’ private room with a double bed. Both rooms have a sitting area, an ensuite shower room / toilet and a beautiful garden view. If your group exists of more travel companions, additional rooms can be booked. Ask for the options available and special rates. Guest can use the cosy picnic area or the use one of the sitting areas in the back garden with astonishing views.
