My cozy 2-room - 42 sqm apartment is located in the basement of a pretty town villa in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Hamburg. The apartment has everything you need for a shorter or longer Hamburg stay - private entrance, Wi-Fi, kitchen-living room, living-bedroom and a pretty bathroom with underfloor heating. The location is perfect - super quiet - 3 minutes to the Elbe and 5 minutes to the lively center of Ottensen. An ideal starting point! The space The pretty 2-room apartment is my granny apartment with its own entrance and is located downstairs in the garden floor/basement, to the rear of our beautiful old city villa. From the windows in the living room/bedroom you look directly into my garden and are undisturbed. The apartment consists of a combined kitchen and living room and a bedroom/living room as well as a bathroom. The apartment is intended for 2 people. If there are 3 of you, you would have to ask me. In any case, there would be a sleeping cube (unfolded 130 x 190 cm). Children are welcome. However, there is no special equipment for the little ones. The apartment is not barrier-free. Furnishings: - 42 square meters of living space - Private entrance with key box - Solid oak floor - Small kitchen-living room with 2 ceramic hobs, sink, fridge, range hood, dishes, kettle, pots, etc. - Dining table with 3 chairs - Living-sleeping area left side: cozy bed 140 x 200, writing desk with chair - Living-sleeping area right side: large wardrobe, sofa, coffee table - If necessary, sleeping cube (130 × 190) - Blackout blinds - Bathroom with underfloor heating and towel warmer, rain shower, oak vanity - Blankets, pillows, bed linens, towels, etc. included - Washing machine and dryer can be shared in the house if needed - Good Wi-Fi - But no TV - No parties - Smoking only outside - No pets - No photos or videos Guest access You can use my washer and dryer by arrangement.
