House in the heart of the village of Bouchemaine

We live in our house year-round and rent it out during our summer vacation. It is located in the heart of the village of Bouchemaine, on the Loire bike route, a 3-minute walk from the banks of the Maine River, the bakery, the mini-market and food trucks. You can park up to 3 cars in front of the house, enjoy the small enclosed garden facing south (outdoor table, barbecue) and a relaxation area open to this garden. The space The 120 m² house features a veranda converted into a living room and overlooking the garden. It has all the necessary equipment on the ground floor: dining room, living room (wifi/TV/netflix), equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 shower room. Upstairs: 1 bedroom and 1 shower room + toilet. All 3 bedrooms have a double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm (55 x 79 inches). Bed linen and towels are not provided.
