Located on the 10th and top floor, my apartment is conveniently located between Guillemins train station, the historic heart and Médiacité. It includes; a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people (+ desk), a large living room with another sofa bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room with a washer-dryer. The space Quiet and spacious, it offers a splendid view of the city from the balcony and a living space of approximately 100m2. It is equipped with a cot and a high chair for the little ones and a playstation for the older ones. Guest access All rooms are accessible, only a closet is reserved for my personal belongings. Other things to note Please note, this place is only available for long-term rentals, from 2 months to a year
