Guest access The Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Other things to note Andorra Tourist Tax - payable upon arrival No Elevator to 4th floor. The apartment is in the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the house. Mandatory Andorra Tourist Tax is payable upon arrival: Tax on tourist accommodation : 2€ per person, per day.
