Hello, This beautiful independent house with everything on it is located in a nice and safe neighborhood next to a large natural park, ideal for cyclists or hikers, and only 20km from the heart of Antwerp, it has à big BBQ and free parking, garden 750m2, house and parking inside, 2m high fenced. The space Welcome in our beautiful and independent vacation House, for the period you have reserved we transfer with pleasure the key of our complete house and hope you enjoy it as much as we do when were there. I describe it as: This is the kind off house I like to rent wen I’m at vacation ---> Around the 750m2 garden is two meter high fence, the house and your car are inside, it’s possible to walk around the house, you rent an independent house for your own, the living room as well as any other room of the house offer a view on the nice garden. There are 3 separated bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has two separated 1p beds bedroom 2 has one 1p bed and one 2p queen bed, bedroom 3 is on request and has a 2p queen bed. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, there is one six person sauna. The separated kitchen has two windows and is next the living room. The living room is situated on the ground floor and has a high ceiling with view on the 2nd floor balustrade, on the left there is a dining table for 6-8 persons and a HiFi music installation, on the right theirs a big flat screen TV with Fireplace two 1p seats and two 2,5p settee, from here leads the French doors you to the lovely garden with a small pond and terrace, next the terrace is a round stone 6p barbecue table. The pond is (5x2x1m) with goldfish, a waterfall, bridge and water lilies, there is no fence around. The living room has a WiFi corner, and Sat TV whit more than 600 channels. The fully equipped furnished kitchen whit convection oven, dishes washer, washing machine, microwave, freezer and refrigerator foresees you from all the comforts. It is the house where I usually live when I'm in Antwerp, so it is perfectly organized, you will find anything you need as if you hadn't move from home. The entire house (except private stuff) and garden will be at my guests disposal, you rent an independent house for your own. Guest access The entire independent house and garden will be at my guests disposal, except one room for our private stuff. The bed sheet and towels for the bathroom are inclusive, theirs shampoo, soap, and kitchen towels. On request: a baby box (to sleep) and a baby triptrap chare (to sit at the table) Other things to note On request a free separated shed for bicycles.
