The property was previously known as 'Bahr's Chocolate Shop and Milk Bar' and has now been converted into two modern apartments and a commercial tenancy out front. The wonderful retro signage out front has been heritage listed and retained. The apartment itself is compact with 2 bedrooms each furnished with a queen bed and storage space for your luggage. The living area is open plan with a fully-equipped kitchen and a long dining bench for meals. A private alfresco area extends off the living room and enjoys sunshine throughout the day - the perfect place for a glass of wine at the end of the day. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and small laundry with a washing machine/dryer combo. As a bonus (and very rare in Battery Point), you will have access to 1 x off-street parking space for the duration of your stay.
