Very central. Right next to the train station and shopping street. The train, Lucerne, Zurich and the airport are easily accessible. Lots of opportunities for enterprising people. The space The apartment is cozy, modern, and neatly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and various kitchen appliances (e.g., for toasting, fondue, raclette, etc.). Wi-Fi is available, and for guests passing through, a printer, scanner, copier, laminator, etc., are available on request. Entertainment is provided. With Swisscom TV, watching TV becomes an experience. Various board games can be played, and an electric dartboard is also available. For soccer enthusiasts, there is a lawn with a soccer goal right next to the apartment. You can enjoy yourself on the patio in the garden. A gas grill and outdoor dining set are also available, making it ideal for a BBQ. Guest access The front part of the apartment (living room, garden patio, kitchen, toilet/shower, private room, etc.) is available to the guests. The rear part of the apartment (private bedroom, office, and toilet/bathroom) is not available to guests. During your stay Normally, I am very rarely at home. When I'm at home, I can keep a low profile or, depending on the situation and whether it's appropriate or not, interact with visitors and be hospitable.
