The chalet was built in 2006 and overlooks the Rhonedal. It is luxuriously furnished with 332 M2 living space, set over 3 floors. The living room of approx. 60m2 has a sitting area, fireplace, TV corner with smart TV, DVD and Bose stereo. There is a spacious cozy dining area with a table for 8 - 10 people. From the conservatory and the large windows, you have a fairytale view. There is an open kitchen of approx. 18m2 with bar. The space The kitchen is equipped with combi-oven, dishwasher, 5 induction cookers, a Jura Coffee machine, refrigerator and freezer. Everything you need is provided, including basic needs such as flour, sugar and herbs. The chalet has 5 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 master bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with double sinks, toilet and bath or shower. There is a lovely sauna in the chalet, from which you can go straight outside to take a dip in the snow. The entire chalet is heated with underfloor heating, and there is a hot water boiler of more than 400 liters. There is a washing machine and dryer, as well as a high chair and cot. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is an additional bedroom where 2 children can sleep on a comfortable sofa bed. There is a spacious ski room where all the shoes and skies can have a place and where you can easily put your shoes on and off. The Chalet has 3 balconies and a terrace on both the east and the west side. There is parking space for 2-3 cars, but in winter you will need snow chains or 4 x 4 to reach the chalet. If the weather is too bad to go outside, which is rare, you can use the exercise bike inside. Guest access This chalet is divided over three floors. On the ground floor, there is the spacious living room with a sitting area by the fireplace, a second sitting area with television and DVD player, dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen with bar, equipped with a 5-burner induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, combi oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. This chalet also features a room with a sauna (for 4–6 people) and two showers, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi internet connection, a Bose stereo system, an exercise bike, underfloor heating, a heated ski storage room, three balconies, and two patios. In both the basement and on the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200 cm). On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double sofa bed (160 x 200 cm). Four en-suite bathrooms, each with a bath and/or shower and toilet. One separate toilet. Other things to note The chalet can be reached via a steep road, so it is recommended to take snow chains with you. There is parking for two cars at the chalet. Other cars can be parked along the side of the road.
