Apartment 15 minutes from A5, 10 minutes from Chaumont

The 60 m2 apartment is on the ground floor. It has an equipped kitchen, a large bedroom of 30 m2, bathroom, a small terrace and private parking. Riaucourt is a peaceful village crossed by the Marne and the canal with a bike path. Bologna, located 2 km away, has an Intermarché with a gas station, bakery, tobacco shop, pharmacy, etc... The stone walls keep it cool in summer and its new insulation makes it quiet and very comfortable in winter. The space The 60 m2 fully independent apartment is located on the ground floor of my home. Private VL parking is located in front of the apartment as well as a small terrace. The price decreases depending on the length of the booking. There is 1 double bed, a double sofa bed with the possibility of an extra single bed. Baby bed on request. Guest access a private parking space in front of the accommodation. The city of Bologna, located 2 km away, has an Intermarché with a gas station, bakery, tobacco shop, etc. A park with children's games (swings, multi-sport court, etc.) is located 200 m away. Bicycle path along the canal for several km. Other things to note The beds are made for your arrival. Bath towels are provided. At your disposal the necessary: dishwashing product, sponge, dish towel, hand soap, toilet paper... A coffee machine and tea are at your disposal. If the check-in and check-out times do not suit you, send me a request, according to my schedule we can find an arrangement. I ask for a small cleaning fee, everything is washed after each departure (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels, floors, shower, toilet...), I provide free sheets, towels, coffee, tea, you have a space just for you and you can make yourself food and have breakfast for a minimum price compared to hotels or private rooms.
