Beautifully restored farmhouse in the Marche Region with a private olive grove, hot tub and seasonal pool. The property is located near the medieval hilltop town of Osimo, with the Riviera del Conero and its stunning beaches only a few kilometres away. The space The house is in a secluded spot and is very private, calm and quiet. Access is along a country lane that leads to 3 farmhouses and there are no other buildings in the vicinity. It is an ideal getaway for those looking for relaxation while at the same time is only a stone's throw from the local (small) hilltop Roman-medieval town. It is the perfect location for those wanting a relaxing holiday in amidst the beauty of the Marche countryside with easy access to a multitude of hilltop towns and villages. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and grounds and will be provided. They can help themselves to whatever fruit is in season on the fruit trees. The accommodation includes: - 2 double bedrooms with king-size beds. Both have mezzanine relaxation areas floor with sofas (double sofa beds). - 1 bedroom with two single beds (this can be made into a 3rd double upon request) - 1 bedroom with a single bed and second pull-out bed - 1 family bathroom with two wash basins, large shower, spa bath, WC and bidet. - 1 downstairs bathroom with wash basin, large shower, WC and bidet. - fully equipped country kitchen - dining room - living room All bedrooms have autonomous air conditioning. All rooms have mosquito nets. In the Portico area, there is a table and chairs for dining 'al fresco' and a sofa and armchairs for relaxing. In the garden, there is a barbecue area. Guests with children are can also use the table tennis table and basketball hoop. In the summer season (mid-June - mid-September), there is an overground pool safe for young children as stairs can be taken out and pool can be covered) The olive grove leads on from the garden and contains 80 olive trees. The property is surrounded by fields of rotating crops: wheat, sunflowers, beets. There are stunning views of the countryside and the local hilltop down of Osimo. Other things to note As the house is a 5 minute drive to "civilization", a car is an essential. Car Rental companies are based at Falconara airport and Ancona train station. They close at 7pm so if you are arriving late or departing early we can help with accompanying you to/from rental company etc. Let us know if you need help booking.
