Cosy , fresh and clean, centered house

Hello My house sees sun from both direction. It is big , fresh and clean. It has a good view from your private balcony. It is in the center of bornova. Close to the Ege University.Close to the metro station(10 min by walk) . Close to the bus station( 2 min) It has 3 room. One room is my flatmate’s room. He is computer engineer and silence. The other 2 room is for you. Big one has 2 coach and doubled bed and balcony. The other has 2 ground bed. Flat has Microwave,oven, filt.coffee machine etc. The space The room you'll be staying in is quite large. The other part of the room is a living room with a double bed. This is how I decorated the living room. There is an L-shaped sofa, an IKEA rocking chair, a large coffee table in the middle and a wardrobe. An extra guest can use the small room inside. You will be renting the living room and the small room. The room you rent is really big. It includes one double bed. L coach + one ikea rocking chair and one big coffee table in the middle. 3rd guest can use the other little room. During your stay I'm a working person. You can always reach me by phone. However, since I won't be home, I may not be able to help you with things like showing you around. You can contact me anytime if you need anything. Other things to note I kindly request that the gas be turned off from the valve after using the stove and that the appliances such as the oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, iron, etc. be unplugged after use. The door must be locked when you go outside.
