Near Auxerre, large and warm house (220 m2) where everyone can enjoy maximum comfort while enjoying the joys of the countryside with beautiful walks... Need and/or desire to go green while staying connected, this house will seduce you... Everything is available for a pleasant stay. It is an old farmhouse brought up to date and which I hope will seduce you with its soul, its authenticity... The space The house is composed of: on the ground floor: - a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook for 10 people, a real joy - a dining room with its sideboard, its connected column - a living room with sofa, large TV, DVD player, piano and wood insert A stone staircase to access the bedrooms. On the landing, board games, books, and CDs are at your disposal during the stay upstairs: - a large bedroom with a 1 double bed, wardrobe and an extra bed for 1 person Then a step to access - the bathroom which includes a bathtub, shower and toilet - a large dressing room (with extra cushions etc.) - a bedroom with a double bed, desk area, and a miller's staircase (not suitable for all people, children) to access the mezzanine which has a double bed - and a last bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and dresser with spiral staircase - which leads to a small attic with a double bed with TV and DVD player Guest access You have access to the private Jacuzzi located under the open shed, the private pool with its deckchairs, the garden with its small terrace, and places to walk around the house. The pluses/options: - possibility of ordering dishes from a caterer - horseback riding at the equestrian center in Pesteau 3 km - electric bike rental via the agglomeration of Auxerre - visits to Guédelon Castle, Sainte Madeleine Basilica in Vezelay, Toucy market, swimming in the Bourdon reservoir, tree climbing in Puisaye etc. Other things to note For your information, the rental is weekly during the school holidays (from Saturday 5 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. for departure) It's an old house with one floor and for lovers of the old and the countryside ( ) Indeed, there are still barn owls living in the attic :) The house is ideally located to visit the various tourist sites of the department (Guédelon, Auxerre, Vezelay...) The outdoor swimming pool is open from the end of May/beginning of June until mid-September. Rental in the summer season, i.e. July and August, is from Saturday to Saturday (for other requests, contact me)
