Two elegant stone-built residences, just a short walk away (70m.) from the lovely sandy beach of Lolantonis. They are located in The Beach Path Seaside Villas complex, in a lush farmland of 7.300sqm with vines, olive & fig trees and vegetable garden, on a hill with a breathtaking view. The space The farm is located on the southeast side of the island, at ‘Lolantonis’ beach. The house is built in 7,300 m2 of lush farmland with vines, olive & fig trees and vegetable garden in a complex of 4 houses. The orientation of the houses offers unobstructed view of the sea and ensures the peace and privacy of visitors. A stone-paved path leads from the edge of the farm to the beautiful sandy ‘Lolantoni’ beach. The 103m2 Villa Kedros is a fully furnished and equipped two-storey residence, capable of housing 5 guests. The ground floor of the residence comprises an open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room. There is also a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room has a sea view and a spacious veranda, which is shaded horizontally by a wooden pergola, and provides access to the garden. The bedroom has a sea view and has twin beds, which can be converted into a double, on request, by using a double mattress. The bedroom/en suite bathroom area can be completely isolated from the living room by a double wooden door and has independent access to the outside. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. It has a sea view and is furnished with one double and one single bed. On request, a further single bed can be added. On this floor, there is a balcony shaded by a wooden pergola, which can be accessed from the corridor outside the bedroom. The 136m2 Villa Elia is a fully furnished and equipped single-storey residence, capable of housing 7. It is built in a farm, located on the southeast side of the island, at ‘Lolantonis’ beach in a complex of 4 houses called The Beach Path Seaside Villas. The residence is fully equipped, including: wi-fi, television, dvd player, sound system, washing machine, dish washer, espresso/cappuccino maker, clothes iron, hair dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen, and equipment for children such as baby cots - highchair - baby bath (upon request) Guest access You can reach all areas of the farm. The use of the shared dining area between Elia Villa and Kedros Villa is allowed only upon request or in case friends / families rent both houses. Other things to note When you arrive, you will be greeted with a basket crammed full of Greek products, such as rusks, butter, honey, jam, eggs, cheese and other local treats. The villas have a common-use stone-built BBQ, on a covered site, protected from the wind. The site includes a constructed traditional oven, a large working surface, a sink, built-in couch and a table. The site can be used upon request. The fertile farmland includes fig trees and vines, with white and red grapes, while the vegetable garden, depending on the season, provides tomatoes, aubergines and other vegetables.
