Nice private villa in a quiet location, not overlooked, with a pleasant atmosphere in the middle of nature. You have 3 pleasant bedrooms with the necessary (bed, wardrobe, dressers, TV depending on the rooms). You have a bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower, kitchen, living room, fireplace, TV, sofa, games room (billiards, arcade,...) and gym. Wi-Fi, air conditioning. Barbecue, pizza oven, parking. Garden and large swimming pool. Located 5 min from Limoux and 25 min from Carcassonne The space Accommodation located in the town of Pieusse (next to Limoux), isolated, quiet, 5 minutes from the town of Limoux and shops, 20 minutes from the city of Carcassonne and 40 minutes from the medieval town of Mirepoix. The Aude is a wine region, many producers will let you taste their wines and especially the Limoux blanquette! Limoux is also known for its longest Carnival in the world! Guest access The entire house and gardens/pool are usable. 3 private bedrooms for guests (up to 6 people). Our four-legged friends are not allowed. No smoking. No parties. Possibilities to add extra beds to be seen depending on (with an addition) Other things to note * Children: a camp bed and 2 inflatables are available upon request (surplus possible depending on) * SPA: preparation of a SPA to relax even under the snow at 40° (In progress) * Breakfast not included in the rate but possible (upon request)
