Independent accommodation in a village house comprising a kitchen equipped with microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, breakfast necessities, a living room with TV, a bedroom, a private shower room, separate toilet, washing machine and dryer. Various board games. Private courtyard, shared with our house. Located in the heart of the village, very quiet 15 minutes from the historic center of DIJON, 35 minutes from BEAUNE on the BURGUNDY Wine Route. Refurbished in July 2019 The space Exposed stone in the bedroom. Separate toilet. A table, 4 chairs and a parasol are available outside in the courtyard (weather permitting). Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room (installation July 2025). Guest access Entire place Other things to note We don't charge any extra fees for cleaning. We are therefore counting on you to make the house clean and respect the premises. Thank you for your understanding. Charging station 10 min by car and possibility to recharge on site for €10 per recharge to be paid on site.
