This converted cattle barn offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for nine guests. It also has some of the most outstanding views of the Brecon Beacons. You enter the property through a very useful utility/boot room with sink and washing machine. There is also a spacious hallway, wet room shower room, family bathroom with corner bath and two bedrooms on this floor. The large, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for groups. Downstairs- a further 2 bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. The space Vale Rowan (sleeps 9 in 4 bedrooms) Bedroom 1: Superking Bed or twin Bedroom 2: double bedroom Wetroom with shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and toilet Family bathroom with corner bath, hand basin, heated towel rail and toilet Downstairs (a stair gate has been fitted here) there is a family bedroom with two superking size beds that can be singles and leading off this room is a small bedroom with a single bed. Bedroom 3: Family room with two zip and link superking size beds (can be two twins), door to - Bedroom 4: Small room with single bed Guest access The cottage is 1 of 7 cottages making up Vale Farm Cottages, the cottage is your own private space with your own front door. Shared areas include, playing field, play area, indoor swimming pool and hot tub. This cottage has a private drive and enclosed garden with private hot tub. Three dogs are welcome. Other things to note We are a fully working farm, dogs are very welcome but due to livestock on site dogs must be on a lead.
