CENTRAL IN A QUIET LOCATION

My apartment is just the place tourists and business travelers are looking for after a busy day. It is located in a quiet side street, where you can rest, relax and prepare for the next day undisturbed. The colors of the apartment, the large pictures and my impressive cactus can help you to think of other things. The space The kitchen and bathroom are completely available for the duration of the stay. Everything you need is available: Fridge, stove, microwave (with grill function), kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. There is an ironing board, iron and in the bathroom there is a hair dryer and other utensils for a perfect day. I have two small bottles of sparkling water in the refrigerator. You can consume coffee and tea as you like. The apartment has free Internet and lots of TV programs. Other things to note The main train station is only 900 m away. The nearest tram and bus stops are a 5-minute walk away. Right in front of the house there is almost always a free parking space. With the elevator, it is possible to reach the apartment without stairs. The beautiful trees in front of the large windows make you forget that you are only a 20-minute walk from the attractive center of Dresden's old town with its impressive sights such as Frauenkirche, Zwinger and Semperoper. The Elbe with its historic steamships invites you to linger both in summer and winter. Many bars and restaurants can be found in the old town and the trendy district of Dresden Neustadt. Several supermarkets, bakeries and small shops are within easy reach of the apartment within 200 m.
