Overlooking the beautiful Lake Silvaplana, on the ground floor of a beautiful residential complex, an apartment with garden and private parking, a few steps from everything: from the cross-country slopes, the lake for windsurfing and kitesurfing, Mulets sportzentrum and children's playground. The space The wonderful view of the mountains and the proximity to the lake for cross-country skiing in winter (no need to take a car, they are 2 minutes from the house) and for all summer sports: windsurfing, kitesurfing, walking, Nordic walking, bike rides (you can rent bikes 200 meters from the house). Walking distance to all services: bars, restaurants and pizzerias, supermarket, bank, tourist office, playground, skating rink in winter, tennis and football courts in summer at the Mulets sports center (Sportzentrum Mulets just a 3-minute walk away). The house is also perfect for small children: only on one floor with a private garden, there is an Ikea high chair, a children's bed, a comfortable bathtub, and a common laundry area with a washing machine and dryer on the floor - 1 of the parking lot, on the left side of parking lot no. 15, take the corridor and the door before the cellars. The house is just a seven-minute drive from St. Moritz. Worth mentioning in St. Moritz, the new swimming pool with children's area and beautiful SPA: OVAVERVA. The apartment is also particularly suitable for small children because it is on the ground floor and overlooks a small private garden, in addition the street outside is private and at the end of the street is only for residents. There is a high chair (red) for small children in the apartment (see room photo) and other children's games because I have 2 grandchildren. Guest access Entire apartment with garden and reserved parking space in the indoor garage. The indoor parking space is number 15, which is located on the -1 floor. I suggest you check first if the indoor parking space is convenient for you. We are also used to large cars (see photos: Subaru, Audi, BMW), but if you prefer, there are some outdoor parking spaces available at the back of the house (see photos) with access from the street where the Church is located (Via Vers Mulins). The outdoor parking spaces are free, available for guests. Once you arrive, remember to ask where the outdoor parking lot is if you don't want to use the indoor one. Also on floor -1, to the left of reserved parking space no. 15, there is a corridor that leads to the cellars. Before the cellars, the door on the right is the common laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. You can also leave skis and boots in the parking lot if you want. Other things to note For those traveling with children, the house is ideal for the beautiful garden and for the location on the ground floor, without stairs. Also ideal for its proximity to the lake where you can take nice walks and practice different sports. It is possible to have a babysitting service for the little ones of all ages (referenced and experienced person).
