The space Welcome to our studio on the top floor of a friendly house, housing permanent residents such as students, retirees, and a family. We emphasize the importance of respecting the tranquility of neighbors. Our cozy and quiet apartment offers secure and free PARKING, as well as a garden in the heart of the city. The studio is located in a house with a yard, the parking is in the yard, locked by a gate. Other things to note PARKING: The parking is suitable for the vast majority of cars. If you are driving a truck or a huge vehicle like a HUMMER, a large American truck or a large SUV, or even if you are not comfortable parking your vehicle, the parking space may not suit your needs. You can then use the free parking on the street, or consider looking for an ad offering a special parking better suited to your needs. CLEANING FEES: The cleaning fee includes linen: one bath towel per person, a bath mat, a kitchen towel and bed linen. You will find in the studio: a sponge, a trash bag, toilet paper. We believe in giving you the choice on "non-essential" expenses, which is why we only provide what is necessary for a few nights, so as not to inflate your costs. LYON AND THE HEATWAVE: The studio is under the roof and not air-conditioned. In summer, you must take advantage of the night's coolness and close the shutters during the day to protect the studio from the sun. There are two fans. On a few nights a year, during a heatwave, the night doesn't cool down. If you are worried about the heat, you should opt for air-conditioned accommodation (which is more expensive).
