Located in the hamlet of La Clisse, a new and comfortable 60 m2 single-storey outbuilding not attached to the main house with secure parking. La Clisse is a charming little village located 7 minutes from Saintes, 20 minutes from Royan, 50 minutes from La Rochelle and Oléron Island. For a tourism or business stay, I'll be delighted to welcome you The space *** LES OLIVIERS GUEST HOUSE *** Total secure single-storey 60 m2 outbuilding comprising 1 living room with open equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single folding bed on wheels with new mattress of great comfort and 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower. Bed linen and towels provided. Neatly decorated and clean. During the health crisis, guests are asked to use the hydro-alcoholic gel made available to them or to wash their hands with soap each time they enter the accommodation. Cleaning the space after each stay has always been done with care (disinfected doorknobs and switches, spraying an antibacterial on fabrics, use of gloves for handling objects...) and this even before the circulation of the virus. Due to the evolution of our personal outdoor facilities, we are no longer able to guarantee the desired privacy of our guests at the pool access and pétanque terrain. That's why, always concerned about the quality of service we offer our guests, we've chosen to remove this service to fully guarantee your satisfaction.
