If you're looking for nature and tranquility, we offer this 32 m2 cottage for 4 people. It is located 690 m above sea level, close to marked hiking trails. It consists of: - A large 30 m2 terrace with table and benches, as well as 2 deckchairs. - On the ground floor, a kitchen area (gas stove), a TV lounge area, a table and 4 chairs, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. - Upstairs, a large bedroom with 1 double bed 160, 1 bed 90 and 1 bed 80. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi The space The cottage is located on our property, on the edge of the woods. Possibility of taking a cleaning package: 30 euro to be paid on-site. The beds will be made upon arrival. Towels are provided. Warning, the WiFi signal is weak! Guest access The chalet is surrounded by 3 hectares of woodland, perfect for beautiful walks in the heart of nature. Outdoor games are available for children, under the responsibility of their parents. Private parking is available right outside the chalet. Other things to note Situated in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park, our chalet enjoys an ideal location: just 20 minutes from the A75, Issoire, or Brioude (Haute-Loire), and 40 minutes from the entrance to Clermont-Ferrand. Guests can enjoy the supervised, landscaped lake at Vernet-La-Varenne, located just 6 km (3.7 miles) away. Numerous activities await you in the surrounding area: a visit to the Maison de l'Améthyste, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in winter, exploring listed villages, hiking, and many other nature-based activities.
