Beautifully renovated as part of Channel 4's George Clarke's Old House New Home, this stunning cottage has a unique blend of the old and the new. The house is a hidden gem, delightfully located in arms reach of the Hangleton Manor pub. It's a 5-minute walk to the South Downs and a 10 minute drive to the beach. The original oak beams and the wood burner, blended with a contemporary design and attention to detail create an inspiring homely feel. This is our family home so no parties/gatherings. Enjoy a relaxing getaway by putting your feet up in front of the log burner after indulging in a delicious roast dinner at the pub on the manor. If you're looking for a lovely walk, the South Downs is on the doorstep, and the beach is merely minutes away. We are now accepting bookings for the Christmas period. Throughout December, the house will be decorated with a Christmas tree and decorations for guests to enjoy. The cottage, with its' fireplace, log burner, and wide array of fairy lights, makes for the perfect Christmas/Winter getaway.
