5 bedroom country cottage

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office. The space music is not allowed at the cottage because there are neighbors with small children. Quiet hours must be respected from 10pm outside. The house can accommodate people who come to work in the area, house in the quiet countryside, close to La Ferté-Bernard and Cherré, 5 minutes from the highway exit and 150 m from the highway. (I want to clarify that depending on the direction of the wind you can hear the highway, I have a few guests who have told me about it and I want to be transparent about the location of the cottage). Free Wi-Fi access. You can spend a family weekend relaxing without driving for hours. Lots of activities for adults and kids alike in the area during high season. (Binder with activities in the vacation rental's living room). The house in detail: an equipped kitchen, a room with an old non-functional bread oven for your breakfast giving direct access to the terrace with large garden furniture and barbecue. A large living room, dining room with TV and DVD player. (table for 12 people) Two bedrooms with TV and two bathrooms on the ground floor with a separate toilet. Upstairs, two large bedrooms with TV, a bathroom with toilet. And a smaller bedroom with access to a second staircase. For babies, there is a bathtub with a changing table, bath ring, chair booster and 3 high chairs, plastic plates and glasses, a toilet adapter, 3 portable cribs including one with a changing table, a barbed bed, some toys and puzzles, a child safety gate for the stairs. Guest access All rooms in the house are accessible to guests except the boiler room area. Access also to the garage next to the house that can accommodate 3 cars. Access to the barn is prohibited and locked because it has not been restored inside yet. Other things to note Bed sheets, dish towels and hand towels for the kitchen are provided and included in the rental. Towels are available for an extra 10 euro/person, which includes laundry fees.
