The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, which is accessed through a small independent staircase, which leads to the access terrace and from which you can enjoy the spectacular view of Mount Sassoforte, a hill on which the remains of an Aldobrandesque castle stand. The space The trees that surround our farmhouse make the place unique, giving a natural garden, a relaxing and regenerating shade and coolness, so much so that many passers-by, over the years, have stopped to ask if ours was a city park that could be accessed commonly and freely. In front of the house stands Mount Sassoforte, a hill on which the remains of an Aldobrandesque castle are located. The farm was once a farm used by our ancestors for "transhumance" and is totally surrounded by a chestnut grove of centuries-old trees, which no one accesses except the guests. Guest access Guests will have access to a boundless green space, with a barbecue and a beautiful chestnut coffee table where you can enjoy delicious meals in company. If necessary, you can take advantage of a large garage, used by us as a storage for various goods, where there is also a ping pong table. Other things to note Our agritourism is located near famous archaeological sites in the area, such as Vetulonia and Roselle, as well as architecturally interesting cities such as Massa Marittima and seaside resorts of Castiglione della Pescaia and Follonica. No less important is the opportunity to visit the village of Roccatederighi, the "Castle of Montemassi" and the Abbey of San Salvatore, in Giugnano. The Farma/Merse gullies and the Abbey of San Galgano, located in the municipality of Chiusdino, can be reached in about half an hour.
