A home away from home in the heart of Tuscany, Belvedere Farmhouse has timeless appeal. Belvedere (sleeps 8-24) is a beautifully restored 19th Century farmhouse, ideally positioned on a Tuscan hilltop, boasting magnificent panoramic views. It is rented to one group exclusively regardless of group size. Surrounded by organic olive groves & fields of the family farm, you are also welcome to visit the farm and taste the amazing extra virgin olive oil and ancient grain pasta we produce. The space Belvedere Farmhouse sleeps up to 13 people (4 doubles, 2 twins and 1 single) whilst 4 recently refurbished bathrooms ensure guests have the privacy they need. An additional three bedrooms (2 double rooms and 1 triple with 3 single beds) and two further bathrooms can be rented to accommodate up to 20 guests. Finally there is a self contained apartment with an en-suite and a sofa bed to accommodate up to 24 guests. One of these rooms has wheelchair access, please inquire for more information. Cot beds for infants and babysitting can be organised upon request. The generous living space includes a sitting room with a large fireplace, an open plan dining room (seating up to 24) and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and a traditional wooden-fired pizza oven, and leads out to a sun filled veranda and a pretty Mediterranean garden. An informal sitting room with a large flat screen TV, giant floor cushions, comfortable sofas and plenty of well-thumbed books makes this a perfect spot for a well earned siesta. The panoramic views encourage guests to make the most of the two terraces. The south facing terrace is a great breakfast spot with vistas leading to San Gimignano's iconic lofty towers whilst the west terrace captivates guests with its mesmerising sunsets. The 12 × 7 metre swimming pool and gazebos are nestled amongst olive trees and the child safe gate and fence ensures safety for those with young families. Outdoor lighting, comfortable seating and excellent BBQs all inspire al fresco eating and living. Guest access Guests will have access to the house and gardens which are enclosed by a fence and electric gates. The Farmhouse is rentented exclusively to one group and the pool is private.
