Our house is an old farmhouse completely renovated. The authenticity and charm of this building have been preserved while thinking of an interior with beautiful open and bright volumes. The living room with fireplace and fitted kitchen open to a dining area forms a space of 80 m2 with bay windows that open onto the vegetable garden, the wooded park and the terraces. On the ground floor there is also a double sink bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, a laundry room with washing machine. A gallery distributes 4 bedrooms upstairs, one of which is equipped with children's furniture, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet. On the landing, a desk area. The land is enclosed and is 300 meters from the road; it is accessed by a private driveway. In the heart of Berry, the charming and dynamic village of Boulleret has all the local shops: supermarket, butcher, bakery-pastry shop, bar, tobacco, newspapers, florist, restaurants and hotel. The calm of the place is conducive to rest and relaxation but many possibilities of activities are close, the hiking trails are numerous and bucolic in strong country; the Loire borders the village and offers various water activities in addition to hiking trails by bike. The famous vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly sur Loire but also the hillsides of Giennois are 15 km away. The site of the Château de Guedelon is 20 minutes away. The Loire castles are about 1 hour away, Paris 1.5 hours by car or train from Cosne sur Loire. You are welcome to discover the richness of our traditions. Summer is particularly rich in village events. What is particularly pleasant is this feeling of tranquility that inhabits me as soon as I cross the driveway.
