The house is located on two floors, offers a wonderful view of the salt pans and is surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. It consists of a living room with kitchen of about 55 sqm, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, one on the first floor and one on the second. Outside you will find an equipped patio and relaxation area on the lawn. BBQ grill, comfortable armchairs, lounge chairs at your disposal for relaxation. Other things to note Our house will welcome you in the beautiful context of the protected area of the SINIS peninsula in the locality of S'Arena Scoada, a beach of fine white sand, alternated with very small fragments of multicolored quartz. The shallow and sloping seabed makes the beach particularly suitable for children. There is a bar/ restaurant and surf school. Adjacent to the beach of S'Arena Scoada we find the town of Putzu Idu characterized by a long and narrow beach of fine white beach with shades tending to gray, very cozy, especially thanks to the clear and very low waters, suitable for children. From Putzu Idu you can reach by sea the island of Mal di Ventre, with organized trips and fishing-tourism routes. On the promenade of Putzu Idu there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, shops and refreshment points, you can rent skates and boats. The beach is appreciated by lovers of scuba diving and snorkelling, as well as being appreciated by those who practice surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing ( several surf schools are present in the area). For lovers of Surfing 5 minutes from the house you can reach the site of Capo Mannu, famous all over the world for being the best surf destination in the whole Mediterranean. Nearby (5/15 minutes by car) there are other lovely beaches: Sa Mesa Longa, Sa Rocca Tunda, Is Aruttas, Mari Ermi, San Giovanni di Sinis, Is Arenas(golf club). Nearby, about a 15-minute drive, we find the archaeological area of THARROS and MONT'E PRAMA. The house is about a kilometer from the sea (a couple of minutes by car), offers a wonderful view of the salt pans and is surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean scrub. Quiet area suitable for families and couples looking for relaxation and peace. The resort is easily accessible by car, it is about 25 km from the city of Oristano , about 100 km from Cagliari airport and 120 km from Alghero airport. From the entrance of the village of Riola Sardo on the SS292 continue for 2.3 km, then turn left in the direction of Putzu Idu. After 10 Km, before the town of Putzu Idu turn left on the SP66 and about 1 Km take the white road on the left towards "Rural Tourism Menhir". We are located in the central-western coast of Sardinia, so it can be easy and easy to reach the various cities and towns to the south and north of the island.
