Laid Back Living in Dreckly, a Unique Experience

If you are animal lovers, come and have cuddles with all our free-range pets. We have super friendly sheep, pygmy goats, cats, dogs, chickens & ducks that will come and say hi during your stay. We are only 2 miles off the A30 so easy to reach all those hidden gems & St Ives is only 30 mins away! If you prefer public transport, we have a bus stop near so you can enjoy taking in the Cornish scenery. The local village of St Day is only a 10 minute walk away and includes 2 general stores & 2 pubs. The space Welcome to Dreckly, our fully insulated shepherds hut. This super cosy 'home from home' hut has a relaxing vibe and is set in a tranquil & peaceful setting, over looking fields and engine houses. Dreckly has everything you need to have a stress free vacation. It has a fully functional kitchen, so ideal if you like to cook. A large wood burner is installed for those chilly nights and a fire pit outside if you feel like star gazing. The fire pit can also be used as a BBQ. We will even start you off with some logs and you can purchase more if needed. The ensuite loo is flushable and the shower is outside, but only a stone's throw away. *Please note that the shower is shared with other guests*. Fresh, clean bedding and towels are supplied, as well as tea & coffee We live on the property and are here as much as you need us. We have a variety of extremely friendly pets including sheep, pygmy goats, chickens, ducks cats & dogs that wander around freely. They are all particularly nosy and will come and visit you and say hello. With this reason, unfortunately we do not accept dogs.
