Townhouse 3min walk to train station/10min walk to city center and towpath. Close to all amenities. The room is bright, on parquet floor and view of the church of St Pierre. You can lock it. The neighborhood is quiet. You have the garden, living room and kitchen as you please. My street is for a fee but a free street is nearby. Right now the bathroom is under renovation but functional shower/sink toilet. No breakfast only Tea/coffee in the morning The space Renovated townhouse, on parquet flooring and high ceilings. Bright and characterful house. Ground floor with living room, kitchen, dining room and access to the garden, toilet pallier and bathroom (shower) , 1 st floor, bedroom and 2nd floor, the attic.
