With separate access to the barn house, it’s a private and self-contained space with vaulted ceilings, breathtaking views and exposed oak beams. Perfect for romantic getaways, ardent ramblers, nature lovers or people who want to escape the humdrum of everyday life. The space Enter the annex via a private entrance into the hallway which forks off to the bathroom and garden room which has views over Cotswold escarpments. Leading from Garden room, you have a large open planned living space with kitchen, open fire (to be reinstated end of year), underfloor heating, vaulted ceilings and flagstone floors. Open space leads to guest bedroom. Garden room also has a sofa bed and can be closed off to form a 2nd bedroom. Guest access Free parking and use of outdoor space. Other things to note Can sleep 6, with potential to have a family of 7 in the space as additional room available (at extra cost - please enquire) - fold up beds are available on request. —— Please note that road works are currently taking place just outside the property as part of the A417 Missing Link project. As a result, our private lane has been temporarily redirected to a left turn at the roundabout. Please look out for the ‘Shab Hill Barn’ house sign and take the next turn as soon as you see it. The road works themselves have been non-intrusive to date, but there are some road closures in the area which may result in longer journey times and delays in traffic.
